Before Placing an Order
For British Paper to deliver you its best service, you must ensure to provide as much information as possible about your project. If the client submits information that is false, unclear, or incomplete, the Company shall not be held liable for any consequences, nor would we approve any refund request made. If you feel that any detail related to the assignment is left out or needs to be changed, please inform us immediately after placing your order. Changes can be made if the work has not yet been started, and only in this case; shall we accommodate the client.
Delivery
The Company ensures that every assignment is delivered as per the deadline provided. However, there are some aspect that the client must keep in mind while placing their order. Let’s say you need your assignment within 7 days, hence, you will be provided with a delivery date calculated from the day you place your order, not at the time of confirmation (when you have made the payment). In order to speed up the delivery process, please make your payment right after placing your order.
If we are unable to deliver on time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Revision Policy
The Company provides revisions until the client is satisfied with the quality of the work. However, there are some conditions that are to be met in order to be eligible for this offer. You request for a revision will only be entertained only when we see that you have provided us with all the correct details and your project has not been done according to the stated requirements. If the information provided by the client is found to be inaccurate, then we will not approve the request and the client will have to pay a nominal fee to get the revision done.
Cancellation
Client can choose to cancel their orders if the work has not yet been started. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately after placing the order, and they will take care of it for you.
British Paperholds the right to cancel or refuse your order at any time and due to any reason.

Any services provided by the Company should be considered only for the reference purpose. British Paperprovides sample papers that are meant to guide the students, and they should be used only for guidance. It’s the students’ responsibility to read and edit the paper by themselves.
